Introducing the HRDA Scheme
The Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus actively supports businesses and individuals in enhancing their skills through various training schemes. Â
This initiative is designed to upgrade the Cypriot workforce and boost professional qualifications in high-priority sectors, including accounting and finance.
The subsidy effectively reduces the cost of participation in ACCA Courses.
- The participating business entity must be registered in Cyprus and making relevant contributions to the Social Insurance and Industrial Training Schemes
- Both the employer and the student (employee) must have an active ERMIS account to manage applications and participation in the scheme.
- Participants must attend at least 75% of the course’s total duration to be eligible for the grant. Participants must use their ERMIS credentials to electronically log in at the start of each session and log out at the end to meet attendance validation requirements.
- Participants must not have attended a similar course in the past two years. This prevents double-funding for essentially the same training content.

What You Need to Know
Our part-time (evening) classes usually commence in mid-January (for the June exams) and in mid-July (for the December exams).
Part-time (evening) subjects are usually taught on a weekly basis (1-2 times per week) between 6:15pm and 9:15pm. Occasionally, there might be a Saturday class, and this will be held between 9am and 3pm (specific details for each subject are provided on the timetable).
