Charalambos is a qualified chartered accountant (ACA), member of the ICPAC, holds a CFA charter, and has a first-class degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol (BEng). He is an experienced financial professional with experience in providing financial advisory and transaction advisory services. His expertise spans across industries like real estate, renewables, and automotive, involving business plan preparation, feasibility studies, valuations, and fundraising transactions. Additionally, as part of hic current role he holds roles as CFO and COO (fractional CFO), assisting companies in establishing efficient operational processes.
