Georgia Stylianidou
Georgia is a senior HR and leadership professional with extensive experience in strategic HR, organisational development, executive coaching and leadership. Drawing on a strong corporate background in banking, she has partnered with executive teams and senior leaders to align people strategy with business priorities, strengthen organisational effectiveness, and lead organisational and cultural change.
As an executive coach, Georgia works with leaders and teams navigating complex organisational environments, stakeholder dynamics, competing priorities, relationships, power and influence. Her approach combines strategic insight with a systemic and relational perspective, enabling leaders to strengthen their effectiveness, impact and collaboration.
Today, Georgia leads an independent advisory and coaching practice focused on strategic HR, executive coaching, mentoring, and leadership and organisational development. Since 2021, she has served as President of the Board of EMCC Cyprus, providing strategic leadership and governance while contributing to the advancement of professional standards and quality in coaching and mentoring.
