Louiza earned BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Warwick. She qualified as an ICAEW Chartered Accountant achieving the joint fifteenth place worldwide in the annual order of merit in Advanced Level. Louiza joined the Audit department in a Big Four Audit firm where she gained an experience in auditing, risk analysis and preparation of financial statements with a range of clients in different sectors. During her time in the Big Four, she delivered various seminars for Audit and Financial Reporting. After five years, she joined the group reporting department of an international group in the Oil and Gas industry. As part of the team, she has acquired substantial experience in group audit, IFRS and other regulatory requirements that impact group reporting and group consolidation.
